Delivery

Items are dispatched within 2 working days from order. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you order before 10:30am (UK time) then that same day is counted as a working day - ie in this scenario your order will be dispatched the next working day from point of order.

Fixed Price UK Delivery – All orders are subject to £9.50 delivery.
Once printed, all orders are dispatched using a next day UK delivery service. Please note that delivery will take place on the next working day (see above). Please ensure that somebody is available to sign as parcels will not be left without a signature.

Any parcels that appear damaged should be signed for as such, failure to do so may invalidate any refund process request.

NB: Stated delivery prices outside the UK are based on one item. For multiple items delivery prices increase incrementally.
This is automatically worked out in the cart for you based on the weight of your chosen items.
You will see any delivery charge(s) during checkout before proceeding to any payment page.

Returns

Please note, our cutouts are made-to-order items and as such are non-returnable.

Damages
Items damaged in transit must be reported to us with 24 hours of receipt. Items should be signed for as damaged if the packaging shows signs of damage. Please send us photographs of both the damaged item and damaged packaging and we will send out a replacement where appropriate.

Couriers
Although we dispatch our items within two working days, and use a next working day courier service (in the UK), the courier service is not guaranteed. If you are ordering an item for use at an event, please order with plenty of time spare. Items will not be refunded if they arrive with you within the 30 days allowed for us to fulfil our contractual obligation as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We deliver world-wide, simply choose your preferred delivery country when inputting your shipping details and the shipping prices will be automaticall calculated.
